Throwback Thursday video of the Microsoft commercial I was apart of in Seattle. Painted with 2 amazing artist Weirdo and JoeNix. The project was brought on by Poster GIANT Inc. It was an amazing 4 days on set painting this history breaking mural for Microsoft. Ive done a lot of big major projects across the world with graffiti, fashion photography, graphic design and on that part I want to make point is Native America has never heard of me over my creative years because I never advertised myself on that side, only because I did not want to be labeled as Native this and that. I wanted to labeled as a artist who happens to be Native American. When I got the big jobs I never want anyone to hire or not hire because of my ethnic background, so I never showed my face ever thru social media til now. I wanted to be hired because they know I will get the job done. When people hired me they never knew what I looked like or knew I was native til I showed up on set. I had viewed labeling ourselves as Native Artist, Native photographer we only set ourselves in a box without expanding and stops us from growing. I am now taking a step back to show and teach my native american brothers, sisters and youth that we can do amazing things if you step out of the box. You cant say you have no money, because I had no money and grew up on the reservation poor with the same struggles reservation life brings. So stop this CANT stuff and say I CAN. I am a native on set with one of the biggest corporations in the world painting a mural for them in Seattle.
