Thumbs Down Thumbs down to the people who complain about big companies (McDonalds, KFC, etc) on social media. There will always be good and bad workers in a store and its unfair to the people that are doing their job properly. If there is a problem, stores have a phone number and some even have complaint email addresses. Take it up with the management of the local store and they will give you access to these things. I hate seeing an entire business getting such a terrible reputation when theres been one or two bad experiences.
