Thumbs down. Dont use a Sears protection agreement, ever. I am having the worst experience ever. The customer resolutions department is set up to stop you from getting to a manager or floor supervisor to get the help that you need. They refused to buy a small refrigerator for my inconvenience on the 14th day. I have been without a refrigerator for 17 days and still counting. Everyone is so apologetic, but nothing is being done. I still have to wait 7 to 10 business days to get a refund of the money I paid for parts in addition to having to wait for the $500 voucher. Sears sucks!!!!!
