Thursday Gabriel handled the medicine well. It was a fantastic day considering. Yesterday Gabriel began taking his meds by his on will! This is a HUGE praise and relief! The final meds last night and today in general has been a little more of a struggle, but it is still so much better than all of the last rounds. Please pray for him to continue to get braver! Evenings are the hardest as we juggle the timing of the meds, not eating or drinking anything but water between meds, emotions, baths and bedtime. Pray for wisdom. This round Gabriel has verbalized that he doesnt feel good and since we had a longer span between meds we can see the drastic difference emotionally for him. He is a sweet boy, but the steriods part of the chemotherapy sends our poor little guy on a roller coaster of emotions. It wear on all of us so please pray for us all.
