Thursday they did a procedure on my Dad. Doctor run a camera down his throat first, looked around stomach he then inserted a stent into the stomach. The purpose of the stent is to creat a barrier for the stomach to heal itself. Doctor did not like the looks of the stomach he is not sure the stent will work. There is a lot of damage to the stomach hole is much bigger than they thought. The stent will be in for 14 days then doctor will remove the stent then check stomach, doctor said it will be a miracle if it heals. We still believe in miracles.
