Thursdays forecast - A change Overnight tonight the winds are going to remain strong, 45 to 55 mph with some gusts reaching 60 to 70 mph in some places, More showers will push through but they are starting to ease off. Into tomorrow morning and the rain will start to clear away leaving the odd light shower stubbornly refusing to shift. From late morning onwards for the rest of the day should be fine and dry but mostly overcast. Some sunny spells are likely tomorrow but the cloud is expected to dominate. Winds will be strong for most of the morning tomorrow 40 to 50 mph gusting 60 mph. The winds will start to become lighter by mid morning 30 to 40 mph and expected to drop down to under 20 mph by the evening. Winds will be from a North Westerly direction. Temps will range from 6C to 10C but will feel more like 1C to 3C in the bitterly cold wind chill. Longer range and its looking unsettled for the rest of the week and next week is still showing a risk of snow, but more on the snow risk tomorrow morning.
