Tidewater is offering an employment opportunity for an experienced, detail-oriented, and organized COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGER to work with a portfolio of HOAs and Condo Associations out of our Owings Mills, MD or Calverton, MD location. Candidate Requirements: • Minimum 2-3 years of portfolio management experience • Experience with vendor management and construction/maintenance issues • Competence with budgeting, understanding and explaining financial statements • Ambitious, positive attitude, and self-starter mentality • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint) • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to build and foster relationships • Customer service-oriented • Reliable transportation • Valid driver’s license • Preferred certifications: CMCA® and AMS®. PCAM® designation is a plus! Compensation commensurate with experience. Excellent benefits available as well.
