For more than 42 years, it has been the driving force of everything we do. One person at a time, we are helping 640 individuals with developmental disabilities find strength, confidence and opportunities for their lives. We do it through a variety of streamlined, progressive programs, whether were providing career and life skills training, fine art programs, education assistance or volunteer and employment placement. Currently, 97 percent of Tierra clients are receiving our help to succeed in high school, college, job training programs and internships or are actively engaged in employment and community service with our assistance. We help people succeed in living big and meaningful lives. Thats what we do -thats who we are. The stories you read here represent just a fraction of the strides being made every day by the people we serve. It is so amazing to see the successes they achieve and the way their lives help change public perception of individuals with disabilities. We are not alone in this mission. We could not achieve all that we do without the support of the community.
