Time Changes... To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven...I know that, whatsoever God doeth, it shall be for ever: nothing can be put to it, nor any thing taken from it: and God doeth it, that men should fear before him. (Ecclesiastes 3:1, 14 KJV) Friends, we need to have good understanding of the times, to know what we ought to do; good understanding makes us the heads over them that are ignorant of the times (1Chr 12:32). God has different ways of relating or dealing with people in their own time. For Gods people the time of the law of commandments contain in ordinance has passed, now we are in the time of Faith in Christ Jesus (Read Jn 4:19-24. Gal 3:22-29; 4:1-7. Eph 2:11-22. Col 2:13-19). * Whatever law or commandments God ordained for a time ends with that time. Theres no carry-over, because He has made every thing beautiful in His time: also He has set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God makes from the beginning to the end (Eccl 3:11). Every age/dispensation has its beginning and end; and their laws will not be abolished but fulfilled before the end of that particular time (Read Matt 5:17-18). The priesthood and law of God has changed (Jn 13:34-35. Heb 7:12). Even demons know their time (Matt 8:20). > For those of us in Christ Jesus, we are living under grace: (Rom 6:14. Tit 2:11-14) 1. A time to be born again, and a time to die to the world; 2. A time to plant the seed of the Word, and a time to pluck up the fruit of that which is planted; 3. A time to kill the deeds of the flesh, and a time to heal the sick; 4. A time to break down stronghold of false teachings and lies, and a time to build up ourselves with the word of Gods grace; 5. A time to weep with them that weep, and a time to laugh at the devils; 6. A time to mourn with godly repentance if we sin, and a time to dance in the Spirit; 7. A time to cast away stones of bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking with all malice, and a time to gather the living stones (disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God, and precious) together; 8. A time to embrace one another in Christ with love, and a time to refrain from embracing the fashion of this world; 9. A time to get the revealed knowledge of the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, and a time to lose the love for the world and things of the world for Christ sake; 10. A time to keep the commandments of The Lord Jesus, and a time to cast away the doctrines of the old law and commandments of men; 11. A time to rend the old garment of the law of Moses, and a time to sew the new garment of the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus; 12. A time to keep silence on issues where God is silence, and a time to speak the gospel of Christ, the present truth boldly; 13. A time to love your neighbor as yourself and the brethren as Jesus loved you, and a time to hate fear and the garment spotted by the flesh; 14. A time of war not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places, and a time of peace with all men (Eccl 3:2-8). * We are now living in the time of The Lord Jesus (its not like Abrahams, Moses, Elijahs, Davids or anyones day living or dead) and His words must come to pass; Then Jesus said unto them, My time is not yet come...They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service. And these things will they do unto you, because they have not known the Father, nor me. But these things have I told you, that when the time shall come, ye may remember that I told you of them...And after His resurrection from death...Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen. (Jn 7:6; 16:2-4. Matt 28:18-20 KJV)
