Time for a little rant. This seems to be becoming a pattern for me in the last couple of days. If I call you to set up an appointment and I go out of my way to make that appointment happen and then you dont show up, I am not going to be a happy camper and definitely dont want to give you the money that I was going to give for your business. I understand shit happens, but when you know that you are not going to make a scheduled appointment, let that appointment know that you cant make it. Its not hard. A little customer service goes a long way.
