Time for my Voice Actor of the Week! This week, you might take interest in the voice acting resume of Cary Elwes. The star of The Princess Bride and Robin Hood: Men in Tights has actually had a decent number of voice roles, ranging from main roles to guest-starring roles. He has played characters in three of Hayao Miyazaki’s movies, playing Donald Curtis in Porco Rosso, and Baron Humbert von Jikkingen (or Gikkingen) in both Whisper of the Heart and The Cat Returns. Elwes played the character of Garrett, supporting character and love interest to Jessalyn Gilsig’s Kayley in Quest for Camelot. Recently, he played Aquaman in Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox. He had a supporting role in both Disney’s Hercules: The Animated Series and Batman Beyond. In the latter, he played Paxton Powers, the son of Derek Powers, A.K.A.
