Time off the gym is a necessary and often neglected aspect of training. Coach Dan and I took off lifting for the month of December. While mentally taxing, it was good for my joints and central nervous system to take a break. Even though we were not lifting, we didnt use that as an excuse to eat junk constantly. In fact, we both lost weight during our hiatus. This is my first deadlifting session back-always make sure to ease back into training. Strength comes back with time and patience. #TempleBuilding #LivingByChrist
