Time to get something trending. my good friend Brian Roberts reached out to me regarding Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. He is a working father of 2 that supports his entire family along with his awesome wife, Joanna Gallo Roberts. He is no stranger to cruises. Spends thousands of dollars to enjoy time at sea. A Platinum member on Carnival, etc. This last cruise he dropped $1,000 on a 4 day cruise only to have constructions workers grinding, and banging right next to his cabin at 7am! He kindly asked customer service on the boat to relocate or stop the construction. The explained they were sold out and could do nothing. This goes on for 4 days! The never offered a spa package or anything to him and his wife to get them out of the room while they did whatever the hell they were doing. After the cruise, he contacted customer service and the best they could do was 20% off a future cruise. Nice way to up sell a already upset customer. He turned down the offer still furious. Reached out to me. After he even tried to contact them on Twitter @RoyalCaribben and Facebook Royal Caribbean International with no avail, I tweeted them once with 70,000 + followers and, oh what a surprise they ask me to have him direct message them. He followed instructions again. 24 hours have gone by and no response. So, heres how its going down. After doing research, Royal has been doing some shady stuff in the past. In 2003, 30,000 pledged to Boycott them after illegal dumping in the ocean: caribbeannewsnow/caribnet/2003/10/30/pledge.htm Aside from this, their own website has patrons on that same cruise complaining about the same construction and piss poor customer service. I am asking my 5,000 friends to share, repost, retweet, re- instagram #boycottroyalcaribbean for me to show them what kind of power we have online to hinder future sales and save people money from traveling with such a worthless company that doesnt care about their valued guests, but only about money.
