Time to weigh in. As much as I am offended by anybody “potty mouthing” on Facebook, I actually don’t have a problem with “animal rightists” and “anti-hunters”; ugly as their mouths are, their hearts are actually in the right place, they love wildlife as much as we hunters do. That said, I do feel sorry for the wildlife we all love, because every dollar the “animal rightists” and “anti-hunters” spend on stopping hunting, aids and abets poachers around the world. In fact, the Poachers love the “animal rightists” and “anti-hunters.” Good intentions aside, the reality is, wildlife suffers because of their efforts. I’ve seen it, feet on the ground, especially in places like Africa and Asia. Organized Crime Syndicates move in the instant the hunting dollars are removed from the equation and anti-poaching efforts wither from lack of funds....and the animals die, one at a time, inexorably, by snare, by gin-trap, by poison, by fire and by arms...until there are no animals left.
