Timing is everything when it comes to getting results. Its not what you eat, its how you recover. Fitness experts understand that all training and progress is limited by the ability to recover. The volume of work, the intensity of work, and the hours or days of rest between workouts, is determined by how efficiently and quickly your body can repair itself. Muscle gain or hypertrophy is not just about good vs. bad food approach. In fact, very few foods are always good or always bad.
