Tippys Pizza would extend their apologies to any and all customers who experienced longer than usual wait times last night. Although we are not in the interests of making excuses, the following factors were significant contributors to why these issues occurred. First and foremost, our oven which usually operates with two fully independent ovens was down to one, limiting our production capacity to 50%. We are endeavoring to rectify this problem and hoped to have it fixed by the weekend. We experienced trade we consider to be on the extreme higher side of what were used to but at half capacity we were left a little out of our depth. Placing pertinence on deliveries, our delivery area ranges from Bedfordale to Huntingdale, Maddington to Forrestdale and everywhere in between. This factor, coupled with restricted output, made for a logistical nightmare. The last factor was having to deal with somewhere in excess of 120 pickup and delivery orders combined within a 3 hour period, most of which were numerous pizzas and Titanics. Well let you do the Math and realize just how chaotic last night was. Reiterating the point that we are not making any excuses for the wait times experienced, we are simply providing clientele with an explanation and a sincere apology.
