Tips For The Parents . • Talk to your kid about his her new school since heshe might know what to expect on the first day. Keep the conversation light; it’s better to deal with their fears earlier than later. • Prepare your child socially. It’s much easier to leave your child to make new friends that’s begging for you to stay. • Before the first day take a tour at the school. • Read to your child daily, and especially before going bed. The more words they learn the better will be their vocabulary. • Practice the basics in numbers, letters and colors with your kid • Help your kid to develop their fine motor skills, with tasks that teach simple things like pouring a glass of milk and using forks and spoons are great. • Make sure that your kid goes bed early. • Remind your kids that you want to hear all about their day when they go home and also about all the beautiful things they did at school. It‘ll give both of you something to look forward to. • Make a scrapbook of your kid’s first year at school. Take photos and share everything with them. • Allow your kid time to dress himherself. • Provide experience with scissors such as cutting pictures from a magazine. Provide opportunities to use crayons, markers ,pencils ,water colors .
