Tis the season for giving, and at Blizzard Lighting, we’re committed to giving back to our community. Each year around this time, we donate 2% of our profits from sales of our “Cool Cables” products to cancer-related charities. This year, weve selected the MACC Fund ( MACC Fund - Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer, Inc. ) to receive the primary gift. The gifts are being given in memory of Frank’s Dad, (Frank “Hoagie” Luppino, Jr.), who passed away from cancer several years ago. Frank’s dad was a pioneer in the music industry, and worked for Billboard Magazine, Seeburg (Jukeboxes), and founded Marketing Insights—which was a representative and distributor for many major pro audio, musical instrument and lighting brands throughout the years. While it’s not an earthshaking amount (yet), we are really happy to be able to give a little bit back in memory of Frank’s dad who meant a lot to our industry AND to Frank :)
