Tis the season to spray chemicals… If you support the act of war, and genocide, but it is possible to care for your plants and the environment with a United Nations peace keeping empathy for all living things. Spring is here!.. Even though the calendar doesn’t recognise it, the plants are responding to spring already. When plants and trees respond to spring with a bud burst of flowers and soon, new leaves… the below ground micro-organisms have begun communicating with the trees root system weeks ago, and sourcing what the plant will require for the following season. This communication enabling the sourcing of nutrients, essential imports and defence contracts for plants by beneficial microbes (United Nations); is also the time and opportunity for pro-war separatists (plant diseases and insects) to wage an all-out attack on plants including trees. This plant world war, of factions using chemical warfare techniques provided by the humans to save the plants, has many innocent casualties including beneficial soil microbes and pollinating insects such as bees. The plant or tree may be thought to be the most important entity to save in this Game of Thrones, but we are faced with a dilemma of beneficial organism genocide, from the effects of this chemical warfare. Neonicotinoid’s are the most common worldwide used chemicals to deal with insects that attack our beloved plants, and are similar to atomic bombs, as they kill other unintended populations of organisms in the environment we all share. An example of this is the over use of Imidacloprid or Confidor, a common garden and agricultural chemical. Imidacloprid is a dangerous Neonicotinoid and a common chemical in the treatment for elm trees against Elm Leaf Beetle. If you have a tree you care for and treat for insects, which wage a war on your tree, please consider the effects the chemicals have on the innocent populations of organisms who share our environment, and are essential to human survival. Ask your gardener or arborist what they use to treat your plants or trees and if they provide a non-dangerous approach that can be embraced to preserve your plants or trees without waging war on beneficial organisms, like a pro war rebel separatist. As you may respect what you put in your bodies in the form of food (organic produce) please respect what you put into the environment in the form of dangerous chemicals (Neonicotinoid’s) they have consequences, that in the long term will affect us all directly in the food chain. In the theme of South Park……..Neonicotinoid’s are BAD…..OK Tree preservation Australia is the leaders in 100% ecological landscape management and can help you preserve your trees without the use of chemical warfare. Tree Preservation Australia is the (self-appointed) United Nations of soil health, and is an ambassador for peace between plants, micro-organisms and humans. We can manage the world without war and chemicals; we just have to want to do it, consolidate our thinking and then act on it with knowledge and principal. Bee friendly to our environment, and please…. read the label.
