Tissue work complete. Fitness is about total body care and making it all come together for a stronger, functionally fit YOU! Routine clean meals round the clock, consistent weight training plan, weekly conditioning workout at the track...and the tissue massage therapy to keep everything growing and recoverying fully! During prep for a competition...15 days out today ... I receive 4 hours/week of tissue work in addition to 1.5hr of training daily, meal prep for carb cycling and see my nutritionist weekly for checkins. AND...I do this all for the love of the bodybuilding lifestyle and to represent a real working, single mom and that there are just NO EXCUSES when you want to make something happen :)
