Job summary: This role requires a candidate who has an excellent organizational, administrative and people skills to support to the company’s operations. Job Description: • Manage, organize and coordinate all administrative activities to facilitate the smooth running and function of the whole office and to ensure work is being executed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner. • Manage the travel schedule of the Senior Management team • Diary management / coordinate meetings for the Head of Investments • Develop and implement new administrative systems, such as record management and templates within the company, manage electronic and physical filling systems • Manage the Contact Database and prepare regular status report updates, organize facilities management of the office, office licensing and lease contracts • This role requires a candidate who has an excellent organizational, administrative and people skills to support to the company’s operations. • Manager office Lease contracts, suppliers, management • Coordinating with suppliers • Establish polices and procedures for the office Requirements ________________________________________ Profile: • A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills • Analytical and problem solving skills • Good decision making skills • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to priorities and meet deadlines
