Title might look offensive but if youre following the disclaimer stuff just remember you have agreed to numerous terms of service before posting that. That post holds absolutely no power in any sense. Facebook is perfectly within its rights to say these are our servers (which are on their property). This pretty much lets them do everything they will want to do. If Facebook wants to use your photo then you should be happy, youre famous. And it certainly wont be a problem unless your foolish enough to post anything you wouldnt want people to see. There is a time and place for those kind of disclaimers where you refuse to give up right/etc but this certainly isnt one of them.
