To Barbara & Theresa Clarke: Today it was brought to my attention that you have mentioned my name in a comment on Facebook which goes as follows: We were also told that Elaine told our friend that her friend Lesley Hammam is going around saying that Theresas business is illegal and that she is building a dossier on her and has paperwork about Theresas business, Lesley is very welcome to come round and inspect ALL of the LEGAL paperwork for the business. We are sick and tired of this smear campaign that is going on in the expat community about us by people who we have never even met and this is why I am writing this public status before the gossip mongers get hold of the story. Everything written here is FACT and can be backed up by at least 7 people, Egyptian and English. I am unsure where you get your information from but you are way off the mark how dare you drag my name in to something that has nothing to do with me! seeming I do not know you and have never spoken to you I feel sick that you could accuse me of something that is by your own admittance Chinese whispers or second hand information! as is so often the case here in Luxor!!! The statement mentions that you have written fact, in your opinion it may be but I am afraid your last statement with regards me is very wrong! what you write on your page is your business except when you put my name in it so I ask you to remove anything that involves my name at ones and that if you have any issues you take it up with me personally! All I have to say on this matter now is that a good friend of mine has had some terrible experiences since she has been here which no one should have to experience! if we as a community can not support her when support is needed then im afraid it shows how broken the expat community really is!!!!!
