To Charlotte B-cycle Annual Members: We regret to inform you that the Charlotte B-cycle system will be unavailable until further notice. We are experiencing software issues which require us to power down all stations. We have been advised this issue should be resolved by Tuesday of next week (10/29/13). If you have an open trip on your account, we will manually dock your b-cycle and adjust any charges that have accrued. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience, and hope that you will continue to support our growing program.
