To God be d glory for successfully completing today, Apr. 11th, 2014, our 100-Day Fast in d Redeemed Christian Church of God, worldwide. Permit me to share with us a message I have titled: THERE IS HOPE FOR YOU!!! Bible Text for meditation is: Job 14: 1 - 15. INTRODUCTION: Job 14:1 boldly say: Man born of woman is of few days and FULL OF TROUBLE. This looks contrary to Gen.1: 26-28. God created man to possess d earth and live long in it. Even after d sin of Adam & Eve brought about death, d original mission of God for man to live long on earth could be supported by d long years lived by Adam and his first generation of children. Adam - 930yrs; Seth - 912yrs; Enos - 905yrs; Cainan - 910yrs; and Methuselah - 969yrs. This grace was drastically reduced when sin multiplied on earth with Satans demons leading men astray. - Gen.6: 1-3, 5-7,12. Mans lifes span on earth was reduced to 120yrs. God is not a wicked Father. He is a God of justice - Gen. 3:14 - 19. GODS WORD IS FINAL-Isaiah 55:11. Gods original plan for man to live forever on earth must come to pass after a time. He is an everlasting God - The I AM THAT I AM - The God who was, who is and who is to come. D story of Biblical Israelites, now taken over by true Christians are working towards d fulfillment of Gen. 1: 26, 27. God confirmed this @ Jer. 29: 11 where He talked about His plan for His children. D coming of God the Son in human flesh and blood further confirms that God is not a quitter of projects. His projects must be fulfilled no matter how long - 2 Peter 3: 8, 9. To let all know that He is @ work, John 3:16 reveals His offer of Grace to mankind in place of d Law that men were enslaved to. I believe we all appreciate how much God loves us, His children. HOW CAN THERE BE HOPE TODAY?? Truly, with d long list of adverse situations of life man is passing through on earth today, how can there be hope, some will ask. Death is d cheapest commodity of Satans world. Guns are cheap to buy and sellers believe there is no morality in biz. Buy a gun from them and kill ur nearest relative is good biz. You are right to think so. But, WHERE IS YOUR FAITH??? JEHOVAH ROHI, JEHOVAH RAAH, D LORD ur Shepherd is still on d field, full of green pastures and still waters for our comfort- Ps. 23:1,2. Have u been there to be with Him- John 10:11; 15:13; 14:1-3. Know it that all d problems in our life today as true Christians are wiles of d devil.- 2Cor. 4: 16-18. They will pass away. A doctor told a cancer patient in 2003 that he had few weeks to live. D man is kicking strong today and preaching d gospel of Jesus Christ: JEHOVAH RAPHA, D Great Physician, D Healer. WHY SHOULD YOU BELIEVE? * Bcos u are alive -Eccl. 9:4 says a live dog is better than a dead lion. There is hope for u as nothing can buy ur life but d blood of Jesus. *It is Gods will for u -Isaiah 3:10 says It shall b well with d righteous. Sing it always in faith. There is hope for u. * As u think in ur heart so shall it be with u. Christians are positive thinkers. Ur faith shall save u bcos of Heb.11:6. * There is a reward for all who serve God- Isa. 48:18,19; Jer.31:16. Stop weeping and shedding tears. There is hope for u. * Bcos God is involved in ur case, there is hope for u - Ps.126:1-3; Dan. 6:15 -24. U are like Nazareth b4 d men of d world- John 1:46. Call them and sing COME AND SEE. CONCLUSION: It shall be well with all who obey d word of God bcos His word never fails. He shall reward all who obeyed His call to d 100day fast. God says: it will be well with d righteous. There is GREAT hope for you. Christ says: If it were not so, I would have told u. John 14:2. Thank God for making year 2014 a glorious year for ALL His obedient children. Weep no more. Halleluyah!!!
