To The President of India & The Chief justice of India Govt of India Delhi Subject- Complaint against Mass Criminals (RTO agent, Bank manager, Insurance agent, vehicle brokers , political leaders, social workers, doctors)victimize the RTO authority and road traffic police and also black mail RTO authority and road traffic police because of that they are unable to perform his duty regarding. Respected sir\madam With reference to above subject I would like inform you that sir in our solapur city Mass Criminals (RTO agent, Bank manager, Insurance agent, vehicle brokers ,political leaders, social workers, doctors )victimize the RTO authority and road traffic police and also black mail RTO authority and road traffic police because of that they are unable to perform his duty. 1. On road another district vechial was running 2. In our solapur city register new auto but with fake NOC that auto was sell in another district 3. So many vehicles are with owner in solapur city but same vehicles are sell in another district 4. So many vehicles are with owner in solapur city but Insurance was claim but this doesn’t know to vehicle owner 5. auto permit and taxi permit issued from RTO office number and actual auto number and taxi permit number was not match auto in city is more than auto permit issued from RTO office 6. so many permit holder are dead till that permit are running ,So many fake permit running 7. So many old vehicle are on road it will danger to road traffic 8. Auto and taxi have no meter 9. Auto and taxi driver have no uniform (batch, billa and cap) 10. so many auto have back space in that space they carry 4 passenger total 8 passenger was carry and it danger to passenger 11. so many un permit old scrap auto was running on road 12. on fake papers driving licenses was issued by RTO 13. One person taking three or more driving licenses using fake documents 14. so many insurance was claimed with fake documents without accident and death of person 15. this create danger to toad traffic as well as solapur citizen 16. so many vechial was emited smok they have no pollution certificate till that vechial was running on road and it will very dangerous to our city ,country as well as another country All above illegal vehicle activity was ruining in our solapur city till RTO authority and road traffic police was not taken any action because they black mail through Criminals (RTO agent, Bank manager, Insurance agent, vehicle brokers , political leaders, social workers, doctors)victimize the RTO authority and road traffic police and also black mail RTO authority and road traffic police because of that they are unable to perform his duty if special protection to RTO authority and traffic police then and then they work legally other wise in our solapur no low and totly in justice with people and vehicle owner I kindly request you please help our solapur people legally and save our vehicle from mass criminals.
