To WangCafe: Thank you for hiding your facebook wall post. I had this bad service encounter this morning 9.30am at Orchard Getway with your staff Sarinah. Her face was already pulling long while serving me and she did not clarify what exactly I want. I ordered a teh and a slice of kaya butter toast hence she keyed into the system that I have ordered 2 slice instead of one. So she charged me $4.10 instead of $3.20. I asked to clarify how much was the bread and she say I did not tell her properly she has keyed two in your system and took out 90 cents and slam the coins on the desk. I was very unhappy when this incident happened especially after she slammed the coins on the desk in front of me. Didnt you know by doing this you are insulting your customer? Also, throughout the transaction I was the only person who say thank you instead of her while I am the customer.I said something like what lousy service you have and she asked me to go ahead and complain her therefore gave me her name. Maybe she had a bad day but it does not mean that she can treat your customer like this. I feel so regretted to visit your outlet and this will be my FIRST and LAST time patronizing your shop. It is a TOTAL WASTE of money. Firstly, Sarinahs attitude is so bad and secondly, the tea made by your cafe tastes horrible. After this incident, a staff from Wangs called to apologise and told me that the staff was issued a warning letter and even ask me to call her for the next time if I experience service lapse. Your service recovery is so under expectation and you made a call just to inform me your staff got warning letter? What has got to do with me? And Wangs, I dont need your number to call you again for your lousy service because firstly, your service quality staff does not even know how to handle this and secondly, I will not even step into orchard getway outlet in the first place. This is so embarrassing and disgraceful. Thank you for ruining my day, Heavenly Wang. Issuing warning letter does not benefit Wang kindly train your staff properly.
