To all CMYHA participants – we wish to welcome you to a new year of hockey. Sukee opens on the 19th of October, we have a Colby Clinic from the 21st to the 24th, and player evaluations are on the 26th of October. In order to prepare for the season, Bert Languet will be holding Dryland training at the Alfond Pool Parking lot and the hillside next to the Alfond Youth Center Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 3 to 4 pm starting on September 30th and running through October 25th. All are welcome. Please come ready to run, jump, and stretch. Bring a floor hockey stick if you have one and/or your regular stick and a hockey ball if you have one.
