To all Upperclassmen; The Residence Hall Association needs your help in the 2013 Parking Project for the 2013 Move-In! This will be the only volunteer opportunity available for students during Move-In. Participating in Parking Project will require you to be stationed at an assigned location on Campus. Your responsibilities will be: assisting with traffic flow by greeting new students and families as they arrive, notifying them of the time limit they have to unload, and directing them to the appropriate parking garages. We need people the most on Friday, August 16th from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm, but we will use volunteers until approximately 4PM. If you are unable to volunteer on Friday we can still use your help on Saturday, August 17th for move-in during the same time period. It would be greatly appreciated for both days. Volunteer hours can and will be given for this event! You do not have to stay all day long. Participation in this event is open to all USC Students and Student Organizations. You do not have to be an on-campus resident to participate.
