To all my Friends, both liberal and conservative: We all are aware of Stephen Colbert. He is funny, and his humor is often poignant . . . regardless of one’s political views. I can laugh with Colbert, whether I agree with him or not on every matter. Let me introduce you to Colbert’s counterpart, Jodi Miller. If your views are in opposition, I ask: Can you, too, laugh, whether you agree or not? Please click on the link (Below) to Jodi’s 2 minute snippet, and reply (COMMENT) with your sentiments. BTW, from my experience, liberals are more fun: More sense of humor, and the diverging perspectives are enlightening. After all, it’s boring to only talk with people who think the same way and listen to the same media outlets. We should all SEEK FIRST, to Understand . . . Before being Understood. Agreed? Everyone has a perspective, and most perspectives are worth listening to. Agreed? Question: How well do we listen to those with opposing views? One more item for COMMENT: Regardless of your political views, do you agree that Ronald Reagan (Republican) and Bill Clinton (Democrat) are among the most effective presidents in recent history . . . as a result of something they shared in common: They worked, RESPECTFULLY, with BOTH sides of the aisle. Your COMMENTs, please. And wouldnt it be refreshing to have a president like Reagan or Clinton (TODAY) . . . who proactively and RESPECTFULLY reaches out to the other side of the aisle? Your COMMENTs . . . Lets START anew with Reconciling to those points upon which WE can readily AGREE, and not let the liberal and conservative Media Outlets succeed in Dividing us. We are ONE magnificent Country, We Love our Country, and lets lovingly listen to each other (NOT the Media Outlets) and cheer our elected officials to Win-Win-Win for us. After all, we have so much more that Unites us than divides us. Agreed? And let us all pray (or meditate) on a Positive Outcome for the next 2 years.
