To all my clients and class attendees. Do not slack off this week...I WILL FIND OUT! Try some new things and keep your training fresh. My suggestion would be to try a full body session where you train eccentrically (lowering phase of exercise occurs very slowly). Not only will DOMs (delayed onset muscle soreness) be a cow but it will teach you that heavy weights arent always required. Try 3 sets of each: Squats, deadlifts, bench press, barbell row, bicep curls, weighted tricep dips. Dont be afraid to push your limits but maintain technique, pause at the bottom phase and lower for 4 seconds. (4,1,1,0) This will build explosive power and give those muscles a huge shock. Train the same, remain the same. SMASH IT!
