To all my family and friends on FB. As many of you know I struggle with my weight(to say the least). Recently my BeachBody Coach and a fellow coworker showed me a program called the 21 day fix. I googled and researched and watched youtubes. I thought well It looks great and easy to follow. I ordered and WOW is all I can say. I LOVE IT. I got it about a month ago - but did not start until a week ago. Down 7 pounds feeling great with tummy & bowel issues and so pumped to keep going. I am currently NOT able to workout with the DVDS as I am in Aqua Therapy but someday will - mark my words. So honestly if ANYONE wants to learn more - please please please contact Tim Mills....you will NOT regret this!!!!
