To all my yoginis whom I love so much and ask me how? how! how... Practice patience, self acceptance, discipline and detachment... And most of all, study yourself...For years I was attached to perfection as a ballet dancer... After losing part of my back with the car accident, I became ego driven attached to my past physical abilities... Finally after letting go and enjoying the journey instead of focusing on the results, I embrace imperfections and injuries for their teachings... First handstand legs too forward, 2nd and 3rd feet turned out, 4th not so bad!!! Back flip transition clean, landing ok, sometimes back on the feet but not that one!!! In the end, these are just poses!!!! Not yoga!!! You are not your handstand! Thanks Heidi Hilliker for sneaking in !!! #behindthescene #stepbystep
