To all of my fitness friends and devoted followers - it is with great emotion that I write this post tonight. I will be resigning from my position as Group Fitness Department Head and Group Fitness Instructor at the Novi Life Time Fitness. My last day in the club will be July 15th and my last day with Life Time will be July 20th . I have enjoyed every single minute with all of you. I will be embarking upon a new journey with the Yoga Shelter as their Director of Studio Operations! My theme this week is change - if you dont change - you dont grow. Its time to write another chapter! I will be teaching all of my classes this week and Tuesday of next week. I hope you can all come out and play one last time. I will be moving into a new realm - and that is becoming a Yoga Teacher as well!!! I hope to see you all in the club! And you know where to find me on here so we can all stay in touch!!! Lets all kick it together this week: Wednesday Strike 9:45am - Studio 1 Thursday Barbell 9:45am - Studio 1 Friday CRT 9:45am- Fabulous Friday - Studio 1 Tuesday - Warrior Fusion 8:30am - Studio 1 Tuesday - Studio Cycle - 9:30am - Cycle Studio! Come out and play!!!!! I love you all - you have ALL inspired me every single day!!!
