To all our lovely clients who message or call to cancel there appointment Evan if it be an hour or two before we thank you for letting us know an understanding we are a busy salon and have a cancelation list Evan with a little bit of notice we can always ring the top of our cancelation list an see who would like there appointment. But for the small minority of people who do not call or message and just dont turn up we are now having to take first name, last name and will be putting together a black list so in future if you are asked for a deposit to secure your appointment this will be because you have not turned up to previous appointments we are sorry that it has to come to this but it is not fare to our clients who would really like the appointments thank you ladies x
