To all the lawyers/ police officers/ state counsels out there: Can someone explain to me which is the provision that the police is relying on in installing such intrusive devices in all our HDB flats? The more I see it everyday, the more I think big brother is watching damn closely. The thing is, none of the residents have been consulted nor is consent given.As such I m curious how wide or are there limits to the extent the police can intrude into the HDB areas? ( pls save the public order, national security and what if a bomb explode argument, I understand it all) . I really think there is something gravely wrong going on here.
