To all the stubborn men(and women) out there who dont get regular check ups, or check out those annoying symptoms. Make time for those check ups, and go to the doctor about those ongoing symptoms you may think are nothing. And to those whos loved ones resemble that remark. Bug them until they go for those appts. My neighbor, who has never felt ill, went to the doctor about a month ago. He went because his back was hurting after a job he had done. They found tumors. At the age of 60, he was diagnosed with stage four cancer. Theyve given him two weeks. As I pray for him and his loved ones, I am reminded of my own immortality. More than that, I am reminded how incredibly difficult it would be to lose that special someone in our lives. There may be nothing you can do, but with early detection treatments have come a long way. Just had to say this. Sorry :0)
