To all the women out there, and men too I guess... This is a perfect example of the BEST way to transform your physique. You can try beach body, p90x, insanity, etc etc but NOTHING will ever be better than progressive resistance training. In a calorie deficit (required to lose fat) the only two options you have to hold onto lean tissue (your curves) is diet and lifting weights. Dont be afraid to grab the bars and dumbbells and show them whos boss!! You wont get huge, just closer to your goals! As my man Ben Pakulski would say #educateanddominate
