To any of my international friends and family who understand Turkish, please, I mean please watch this and share it. This young woman in Izmir was beaten for over 25 minutes by police, she passed out several times and every time she came to, they beat her more. She has several broken bones, bruises and the courage to tell the story. Her wrist was broken protecting her head from steel batons. She found herself in this nightmare after four of her friends, along with a friend who is a medic, went along with medicine and other aids to help the injured protestors. They were not even protesting.
