To go in and cook a burger at mcdonalds is not a love of food or culinary arts, its job with very real management and movement possibilities, dont get me wrong I will steer the right person into that line of work because it is a decent living..... That said folks need to understand that one side of me is down to the penny on food cost business, but honey the love of food, culinary freedom of expression in a kitchen is how I can show some love. I cant be in the kitchen all the time therefor I was lookin for 1 person that I felt could really bring it to the table, and today.....I got her! :) years of recruiting management was not a waste! If you know of an excellent sous chef, that can cook in bulk that I need to see in action let me know! If you know of someone that is really great with people, let me know! Top of the list, we are pushing food and service and I mean pushing so I want people that love to create food an take care of their customers who take care of them! Do not send anyone to me, if you know of someone I need to go get, inbox me! I will not be posting a now hiring sign I am going out and finding my team and bringin them in! I wont top notch people that give a crap! We got the from scratch, multiple talented baker today!! I have a women who was recommended to me by a former employer with outstanding ref, boh! I have an outstanding F.O.H. Mgr. In place takin care of the floor and folks.....if it is not right, find Lydia Earles Akers! Owner/Food is her baby start with Kimberly Boyd Ussery!!! If it gets ugly........ Ummmm? Lol seriously myself and Kim will be in that store 98% of the time and at lest one 100% when possible! We want it right! It is going to take us a couple more days, the cleanin was way more than we anticipated and I wont start wrong I am staying down till it is right.... I will get a date hopefully soon we are getting a team in place and like I said if you know I someone inbox me privately. Night yall
