A certain area will be allotted to those who will register either through the CBCP-Episcopal Commission on Youth (for the dioceses and member organizations of the Federation of National Youth Organizations (FNYO)), or through the Archdiocesan Commission on Youth of the Archdiocese of Manila (including the diocesan youth ministries within the National Capital Region Youth Coordinating Council), or through the Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines (for CEAP-member schools). For the registration through the CBCP-ECY, the dioceses and organizations within its network must submit their accomplished reply form by tomorrow, November 27, indicating their acceptance of the invitation.
