To learn what life is really for......... Have you seen their smiles? Did you feel their hands when you handed over your gifts and money envelope? Did you see the twinkle in their eyes when they won during the games and got their prizes? Did you sit with them and hear their stories? Did you sing with them and gave them that all out applause when they offered to you their Thank You song and dance? You know what? In Gods eyes, we are all the same. We simply perform different roles. At this moment, we the giver and them the receiver of Gods blessings. We became instruments of Gods love to the weak and needy. We chose to be brave and remind them that they also got courage and pride. That despite their sufferings and financial situations, they can still pay it forward. That there is a living God that sees them all. So give yourself a pat on the back, shake your own hands, stand in front of the mirror and congratulate yourself because you allowed yourself to know, love and serve the Lord in this short encounter with the PGH kids.
