To make a dozen pumpkin muffins (double the directions for 2 dozen): Mix together one 16oz can of PURE pumpkin (not pie filling) One box (any flavor) cake mix. DO NOT ADD ANYTHING ELSE!!! Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix until cake mix is fully moist from the pumpkin and then spoon into muffin tins (I spray mine to prevent sticking) filling only half way. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove from muffin tins and allow to cool. Eat and enjoy! :D
