What you will need is your enrollment card along with your Bureau of Indian Affaires pedigree denoting your Ancestry to a specific tribe; NOTE; ONELY THE 7 SIVILIZED TRIBES ARE RECOGNIZED BY THE FEDERIAL GOVERNMENT. You must provide if asked a full form copy of your birth certificate along with any other documentations required by the IRS. Your total costs for insurance should be $0.00 dollars with full Medical, RX, Dental, and Vision. This information is subject to change; this is the law as of now.
