Please dont damn them all because youve had some bad experiences or hear things on the internet. Your experience with an encounter with a cop can largely be determined by how YOU react to the cop. Even if you are totally innocent, if you act like a guilty person (refusing to give your name or your side of the story or giving lip or attitude) then the cop is going to suspect you are not totally innocent.
