To my fellow teachers and to supporters of public education: It is harsh and very painful the comments being made against teachers. There are many out there standing up for us. To my colleagues, I say focus on that and to all of us I say find your warrior souls because you are needed. Sorry to say it but it is us. We are in the struggle of the final all out brutal drive of this government as it tries to privatize public education and we are all that stand to stop this. If we break, if despair pulls us down, we will lose public education for all time. That is not just our children denied. That is generations denied. I will hold the line until I am homeless, and then I will hold the line still. But those BC Liars will NEVER bring me down.
