To my strength training compadres - when attempting a heavy single Deadlift, whats considered an acceptable amount of spinal flexion? Im seeing so many celebrated 1RMs with questionable spinal stability (Instagram/Facebook etc). I understand that the rules are different for powerlifters, and that even for regular strength athletes a 1RM itself will generally sway outside of the boundaries of what is considered great technique, however some of what Im seeing looks hideous!
