To our valued consumers, This past weekend the Dorel Juvenile Family experienced the tragic loss of two of our employees in a car crash. Josh and Jenny Nagakane were not only trusted and dedicated employees but were good friends and will be missed by our team. Jenny worked as a CRS Testing Technician and Josh worked in our Consumer Relations Department. Over the next few days our consumer relations department will be minimally staffed so that our employees can attend grief counseling as well as viewing and funeral services for Josh and Jenny. This means that you will have longer wait times and it will take longer for us to respond to email questions. We are already behind on our responses but will be working to get back to each and every one of you as quickly as we can. Thank you for understanding during this difficult time.
