As often is the case, those accounts will then be at the mercy of the hackers, ready to be stolen at any time. 2. Never share your account and account information with any other, because it may bring unnecessary trouble or even make the account lost. Remember that we official will never ask the password of your account. 3. Never buy accounts or Diamond/ Items from any unofficial website in case of hack website. The one who sells the account to you may attempt to retrieve the account by claiming it was stolen and providing the original information. 4. Never reply to any mail/message received ingame saying that you won a prize in order to claim it, you need to provide certain info. It is generally a scam mail, contact gamedpsupport on skype or post a screenshot on forum immediately and alert any staff member online about it. NOTE: Gamedp staff will never ask for your Credit Card info, expiring date, MOL account etc. DO! 1. Remember the original information of your account, which will help you get back your account quickly, should it ever be stolen. 2. We strongly recommend you to only purchase Diamond/ Items from our official item mall, or through normal trading in-game. Trades made for real money outside the game are not only against the rules, but also extremely risky for the buyer and seller. If you are deceived by them, you won’t be able to ask the GMs for help in retrieving your item. 3. For security reasons, your account information (ID number, password and so on) should be complex and hard for others to guess. The harder you make it, the harder it will be for others to steal.
