Gov. should make a strict mandatory rule for each and every citizen’s of remote villages for entering to Metro Cities/state capitals of following:- Before leaving the village they should prepare following document:- A. Affidavit type letter in Hindi or their state language which can be translated in English along with their affixing Father, Mother and own photograph and the correct village address get it counter sign with seal, signature and the thumb impression and where Gram Pradhan has to mention he knows it and the address is correct. After the Gram Pradhan seal and signature the person who is leaving the village going to any city particularly to Metro Cities Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata and all state capitals and district town with that paper with seal and signature of Gram Pradhan. Who is leaving he should take the paper to area police and they will sign and verify the document and the entire details should be stored in the computer. So, that from any part of Indian Police Station the Police can find his details to verify the identity. B. Now this person has to make the Xerox copy of the papers where Gram Pradhan’s Signature also done and the area police seal and signature is also there. He should make at least minimum 10 Xerox copy one has to give it for the ticket booking for travelling either by train/ by intersects bus/ by car/ by air/ by sea. C. One copy has to be given to the booking counter. Another copy has to be given on the destination of the exit point of the travelling. Who ever is appointing any of such people must obtain two sets of Xerox copy along with a original as a guaranty and after employing it is employers duty to submit one set to the nearest area Police station for his own safety. D. This way the Indian soul born will be segregated from illegal immigrants, criminals of various kinds, who are using now by giving money to the young villager, low IQ peoples to segregate and eliminate and straining and screening will be easier for police. This above proposed system if Gov. Implement strictly it will be easier for people to locate and many places innocent boys and girls will get safety as they are to be seduced to become criminal.
